We're glad that you want to learn about the Rapid Learning Cycles framework!

If you have any problems at all with the check-out process, please email us immediately, and we will help you.

 

Standard shipping is included in our prices.  

If you want expedited shipping,  please email us immediately, and we will give you pricing on other options.  We have distribution centers in the UK, North America and Australia, and it takes up to five days to process and ship your order.

 

Please verify that your SHIPPING ADDRESS is correct in your profile, after submitting your order.

This is the address we will use for shipping books and other physical products. If you are new to us, you'll add it to your registration page. If you are already registered, you can verify your shipping address by clicking on your name or photo in the top right corner, which will bring you to your profile.  If you need to update it, please use the "Edit" button to make changes and then send us a message to let us know that it's changed.

 

Workshop registrations for Amsterdam include Netherlands VAT of 21%.  

We will create a VAT-compliant invoice for you that shows the registration fee broken out, plus VAT.  For companies in the Netherlands, we will send an invoice suitable for self-assessed VAT.

 

Do you need an invoice?

If the automated confirmation is not sufficient, we can create an invoice/receipt for you, including payment information.  Just contact us to let us know that you need this, or reply to the confirmation message. 

We offer direct billing for team registrations greater than $10,000, as long as your company can pay within 30 days.

Workshop fees must be paid in advance of the workshop and space is not guaranteed until payment is finalized. Online class access will not be granted until payment is received. We will notify you if your class registration is at risk of cancellation because the workshop you've chosen is nearly full.

Did your credit card payment fail the first or second time?

The most common reasons why credit card payments do not go through are:

  • Corporate spending limits - some companies limit the transaction amount for a single purchase or impose limits on the total amount charged in one week or month. If you experience this problem, we can assist by providing a coupon code so that your group can register as individuals, but receive the correct price.
  • Corporate category limits - some companies prohibit credit card purchases for training and event tickets.

If the credit card transaction fails after a 2nd try, it's best to email us rather than trying three or more times. Credit card companies may flag re-submitted transactions as potentially fraudulent.
