Rapid Learning Cycles
Global Project Leader Certification Workshop

Prepare to Lead Your Team to High Velocity Innovation

Join one of our Rapid Learning Cycles Certified® Instructors in these live, interactive sessions on the Rapid Learning Cycles framework (RLCf), as we guide you through a Virtual Kickoff Event experience, and give you the tools and skills to replicate the experience for your team.

You'll learn the framework, practice it in the sessions, test your knowledge of it, and be prepared to launch a pilot program to solidify your skills in a controlled environment before rolling it out to the rest of your organization.

When you get that training and support, you will master the RLCf faster, adapt it to your organizations’ specific environments faster, and start getting results faster.

As a result, your projects will run smoother through launch, your teams will make the most of the time and resources you have to produce a better product, and your product development leaders will see higher return on investment from your programs.

This accelerates your PDP from Idea to Launch — empowering you to make a difference faster.

Why Using Rapid Learning Cycles Leads to Confident Decisions

Justin White of Gallagher Group shares his experience of how the RLC framework helped their executives automatically align with the product development team, without having to ask questions.

New in 2024: Pre-Registration Queue

Ensure the Workshop Schedule Fits Your Team

What Is a Pre-Registration and How Do I Pre-Register?

A pre-registration is a place in our Pre-Registration Queue that guarantees your place in an upcoming workshop, at a time that works for you.

There are two ways to get a pre-registration:

  • As part of an engagement agreement for coaching or consulting services. Most of these engagements include at least one Global Project Leader workshop registration for the project leader. After the engagement agreement is accepted, the project leader(s) will be added to the Pre-Registration Queue.
  • Online through this page, with the pre-registration button below. Then we will reach out to you to talk about the ideal timing for the workshop to start matching you.

We will work to match people who have needs at about the same time with an instructor, and put the workshop on the schedule. We will then announce the class on our public website and to our subscribers, if it's not full.

For group registrations, you will need to purchase one pre-registration for each anticipated member of your group but you don't have to have final names until the workshop has been scheduled. You can add pre-registrations if you find more people who want to join. If you end up with fewer, we will credit the total amount paid for pre-registration against your final invoice. If you end up with more and we have space left in the workshop, you may of course add people to your final registration list.

Benefits Exclusive to Pre-Registration Holders:

  • Ability to work with us to find a date for a workshop that fits your team, so that they get it when they need it, with enough lead time to get everyone in your group trained at once.
  • Price guarantee — you'll pay the price that was quoted at the time of your pre-registration, even if we do a price increase.
  • Ability to pay for registrations via invoice (as long as we can receive payment in time).
  • Creditable, refundable fee — we'll credit pre-registration fees against the registration invoice. If we can't find dates that work after a good faith effort on both sides, we'll refund pre-registration fees.
  • Early access to some training materials so that you can start experimenting with practices on your own.
  • Deeper discounts for group registrations (25% vs. 18% for direct registrations).
  • Lower initial financial commitment — save space while working to get full training costs approved.
  • Additional group members and substitute group members up to 10 days prior to the start of live sessions with guaranteed availability.

Pre-Registration Holder Commitments:

  • Work with us in good faith to find dates that work, with flexibility to accommodate other reservation holders.
  • Confirm registrations and pay registration fee invoice within 5 days of the class date announcement for the workshop you've committed to attending.
  • Finalize participant list and pay any remaining registration fees for group member additions at least 10 days prior to the start of the workshop.

"We learned a lot about the Rapid Learning Cycles process, and learned how to put it into practice at our company.

I think it's really a good tool for us to speed up the development process, to do things right in the first part of the process, but to gain time and to be more predictable in the later phases of development like engineering.

It has been a really good session for us and we are going to put it to practice in a project at BD and, I have high hopes to make that a success."

I had some doubts about sending all our Project Managers and whether they would learn how to use Rapid Learning Cycles better for their own projects. But I am sticking with the decision to send them all as it is another positive experience with Rapid Learning Cycles when they are applying it together with RLC enthusiasts from other companies and more attention to the thinking behind the framework. The best part of the class was the three baskets that help determine which elements of Rapid Learning Cycles drive success and therefore must be applied rigorously, and which ones can be left for the team to decide.

The class prepared us very well for explaining Rapid Learning Cycles to teams that will work with it and convincing stakeholders of the logic behind it. The workshop will give you the tools and insights that you need to judge and positively influence the quality of the plans of the teams that you guide. With that the learning on how to successfully apply Rapid Learning Cycles in your company will be accelerated.
